Thank you very much. Thanks Scottie and sorry I omitted what the problem was. Doing Windows update had two updates that failed — 1. HP printer. I spent many hours searching for help and then I found you…. So I got to wondering if such an event happened again would I be better positioned to recover if I went back and set the PC to where it was prior to the problem vs. Everything is working well at the moment and I would like to keep it that way. The Bios is not where I like to be! It should be fine though with the BIOS settings Asus Z87-DELUXE Intel Rapid Start you have them now.
For weeks, it worked just fine. I get the startup fail screen, where it gives me a 2 second time to select normal start or repair. After a few seconds it drops to the BIOS screen.

The heatsinks covering the MOSFETs actually have a matching plate on the back side of the board for an added cooling effect. All of the thermal pads were found to be making excellent contact with the intended target points.
